Our platform includes visitor management with pre-approvals, member management, announcements, feedback systems, family member tracking, geographic management (wings, units), and real-time notifications.

By using our services, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization (society, company, or community) to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may belong to multiple societies with different roles in each
• Organizations are responsible for managing their member accounts and access

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
